I'm not naturally a good presenter. 10 years ago I was a corporate Brat. I had an MBA and was working through the whole .com thing. My presenting grade - a C minus. Not bad, but not great. Pretty typical in fact. Building decks, a strong C plus.

Then I became a consultant. I'm in the transformation business. I have to be able to change people's minds. To do that I have to get people to see things differently, and get them to act differently. That's not easy, but I would (modestly) say my grades have moved up. I have had to learn how, and this is a blog about how. PowerPoint is my weapon of choice.
