Talking Hook, Meat and Payoff

I get very excited to talk to people about presentations. But I suffer from knowing too much, and being just a little too excited about the topic. This is a problem. Editing is hard. It helps to have a partner in crime who can help. I’m grateful to Carl Kwan (, a presentations, video and marketing consultant based in Korea, who interviewed me on Skype recently and edited my long discourse. He asked some thoughtful questions, like, How do I start a presentation? What are the big mistakes people make? What is a presentation? What are the building blocks of building a presentation? What’s the right way to structure presentations?

Having seen myself on camera, I’m either going on a diet or buying the opposite of a fish eye lens, whatever that is.
